Christie is a leader in visual solution for world-class organizations, offering diverse application for business, entertainment and industry. Today, the company announced the launch of five new projectors that are expected to further enhance the award-wining M Series of 3-chip DLP projectors. All of these projectors feature the same chassis and are designed for large venues like conventions, lecture halls, concerts, and more. The only real aspect that they all have in common is their 10000:1 contrast ratio.

First is the WX7K-M projector. This model features 5700 ANSI lumens and a WXGA (1366 x 768) resolution. It is the projector with the least brightness, but still runs on a dual lamp system. Users can change settings to either run both lamps at the same time or to run them individually. The good part about running them separate is that you double the total lamp life.

Next is the WX10K-M projector, which features 9500 ANSI lumens, and a WXGA (1366 x 768) resolution. This projector comes with dual DVI ports and has the option of adding or changing the connection panel by adding or removing select connection boards. Some of the option boards include dual, HDMI, analog, and a video decoder. There is also a wide variety of control options like RS-232, Ethernet, USB, GPIO, and a built-in keypad.

Continuing on the list, there is the WU7K-M. This projector is the first on the list to feature WUXGA (1920 x 1200) resolution along with 6300 ANSI lumens. The extra wide resolution allows for some of the best images to be shown. In addition to the connection options that the WX10K-M has, this projector also comes with a 5BNC port.

Another projector with WUXGA resolution is the WU12K-M, which also features 10500 ANSI lumens. The brightness for this model makes it one of the brightest projectors on the list. The projector is designed for flexibility and has been given a brand new set of lenses to play connect with. Christie has also fitted this projector with both vertical and horizontal lens shifts for easy adjustment.

Last but not least is the only Roadster in this lineup, the Roadster WU12K-M. This model is almost identical to the WU12K-M projector, featuring WUXGA (1920 x 1080) resolution and 10500 ANSI lumens. The major difference however is the included stack frame that allows the projector to be stacking with other projectors or mounted easily to places where normal mounts can’t be.
