BenQ is a leading provider of networked digital lifestyle devices. Today, the company announced six new projectors that will be released in the UK and through out Europe. All of these projectors feature the latest in DLP display technology and can be used for either home theater or business purposes.
The first two are the MP626 and MP670 projectors. Both models feature XGA (1024 x 768) resolution and a 3000:1 contrast ratio the only difference is that the MP626 comes with 2500 ANSI lumens while the MP670 can display 3000 ANSI lumens. Both projectors come with dual RGB ports as well as a HDMI, composite, and a s-video connection.
The next two are the MP776 and MP777 projector. Both of these models share the XGA (1024 x 768) resolution as the previously mentioned projectors. They also come with a 2600:1 contrast ratio and the MP776 has 3500 ANSI lumens while the MP777 has 4000 ANSI lumens. These projectors are more than capable of displaying in brightly lit rooms. These models also have the added bonus of an Ethernet LAN connection for network capabilities.
Last but not least are two short throw models, the MP772 ST and MP776 ST. These models share a XGA (1024 x 768) resolution and a 2400:1 contrast ratio. But the MP772 has only 2500 ANSI lumens, while the MP776 has 3500 lumens. The short throw lenses on these projectors allow them to produce large screens from half the throw distance of a standard projector lens.
