Panasonic Releases PT-AE4000U Projector
Last month at the IFA expo, Panasonic announced their new PT-AE4000 projector. Today, the company is releasing the projector into the USA under the name, PT-AE4000U. The USA version is a little more powerful than projector they announced last month, featuring 1600 ANSI lumens, full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, and a superior 100000:1 contrast ratio. The AE4000U comes equipped with a new optical system in order to display incredibly detailed images. Another new feature in a brand new Red-Rick lamp that increases the overall luminance efficiency by over 50%, creating a much brighter picture compared to its predecessors. This model comes with three HDMI ports as well as the typical component, composite, s-video, and RGB port. The AE4000U is already available through the company’s website for the suggested retail price of $2499. Panasonic also has announced the Europe and Asia version called the PT-AE4000E, which will be releasing soon as well.
