Mitsubishi HC7000 Projector Review

The Mitsubishi HC7000 projector is one of the company’s best home theater models. This projector features full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, 1000 ANSI lumens, and an impressive 72000:1 contrast ratio. Recently, the writers from PC World released their review of this model. The writers could easily tell that this projector was designed for home theater enthusiasts with its dual HDMI ports, VGA connection, component, composite, and audio ports. The images were very crisp and clear and showed no signs of fading or motion judder. One concern that the writer mentioned is that they thought the HC7000 was not bright enough. In brightly lit rooms, the contrast greately suffered and the images looked washed out. The writers stated though that the brightness issue would not be a problem for dedicated theater rooms that turn off all the lights when the movie is on. However even with this brightness issue, the writers stated, ‘There’s no question that the HC7000 is the best serious home theater projector we’ve ever seen from Mitsubishi. It has class-leading contrast, color accuracy and vibrancy; near-silent running; and incredible clarity. If you need a projector for a traditional home theater room, look no further than this model.’
