Optoma EW330 Projector Review

The Optoma EW330 is one of the company’s brightest and lightest pocket projectors. Weighing only 2.6 lbs, this model features 2200 ANSI lumens, a 2000:1 contrast ratio, and WXGA (1280 x 800) resolution. This model recently got to be reviewed by the writers at PC World. After a quick setup, the writers first noted that this projector was perfectly capable of displaying a 10 foot-diagonal wall from only 15 feet away. What was better was that the room was mostly lit with daytime light and the projector could display clean, crisp images. One of the aspects the writers liked was the extra wide 16:10 aspect ratio. This ratio works best with modern laptops because a lot of them are displaying a similar native resolution and/or aspect ratio. The writers said, ‘Anyone on a budget should take a close look at what the Optoma EW330 has to offer.’
