Wolf Cinema Will Display DCX-1000FD Projector at CEDIA 09

Wolf Cinema is a manufacturer of ultra high-performance digital cinema projectors for no compromise home cinema systems. Today, the company announced that they will be displaying their high-end projectors at this year’s CEDIA Expo. The main display will feature the company’s DCX-1000FD projector paired with their new VariScope Ultra technology, which allows for multiple aspect ratios to be viewed in constant screen height. The projector features 5500 ANSI lumens, a full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, and an impressive 50000:1 contrast ratio. ‘Wolf Cinema is raising the bar on front projector performance as a result of our technology sharing agreement with Christie Digital’, said John Hunter, President of Sumiko. ‘What we are demonstrating at CEDIA is the merger of professional digital cinema projection performance with the domestic living space. Using a Wolf Cinema projector, a true filmic experience is achieved without compromise in light output, aspect ratio adjustability and lens optics that will more than satisfy the most critical of viewers’, continued Hunter. Wolf will be displaying the 1000FD projector in their private area, the Willow Boardroom, at the Omni Hotel, from September 10-13.
