The CEDIA Expo is quickly approaching and many companies are starting to announce some of the amazing products that they plan to display this year. Recently, projectiondesign announced that they will be displaying some of their recently released Avielo projectors. One of the projectors on display will be the new kroma projector, which features full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, a 7500:1 contrast ratio, and 600 ANSI lumens. The kroma also uses the company’s RealLED technology, which is based on solid-state LED illumination. The LED technology is capable of running for over 100000 hours and provides consistent color and brightness. The other major projector on display will be the helios. This projector also features full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, but also comes with a 10000:1 contrast ratio, and 3-chip DLP display technology. The helios is designed for big screen home entertainment and can display images up to 300 inches wide. Anders Lokke, International Marketing & Communications Manager, says, ‘The pace of innovation is always high at projectiondesign, and we’re very excited about bringing our hottest new developments to Atlanta. The avielo kroma sets new standards in color, contrast, cost of ownership and environmental benefits, while our avielo helios is, quite simply, the ultimate home theater projector for the most discerning and enthusiast user.’
