Christie DLV1400-DX Projector Selected for Mexico Security System
Christie is a leader in visual solutions fro world-class organizations, offering diverse applications for business, entertainment and industry. Today, the company announced that 80 of their DLV1400-DX projectors will be used for a new state-of-the-art security and surveillance facility in Mexico. The projectors will be used to power 4 gigantic video walls that measure approximately 65 feet wide by 10 feet tall. The projectors use the latest in 3-chip DLP technology and feature 3000 ANSI lumens, a 6000:1 contrast ratio, and SXGA+ (1400 x 1050) resolution. Zoran Veselic, vice president of Christie’s Visual Environments division, noted that Christie control room products are found in government facilities around the world. ‘When it involves matters of the highest national security, failure is not an option. Every installation must meet the strictest standards of 24/7 operation,’ he said. ‘Christie products are purpose built for display wall environments under the most challenging conditions. We are pleased to be providing Mexico with cutting-edge products that contribute to the security and safety of the country.’
