Panasonic Releases PT-AE4000E Projector
Back in October, Panasonic released their latest home theater projector, the PT-AE4000U. Today, the company has announced that they are now releasing its sibling, the PT-AE4000E. The only difference between the two is that the AE4000E is only available in Europe and Asia, while the AE4000U is only available in the Americas. The AE4000 features full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution, 1600 ANSI lumens, and a very impressive 80000:1 contrast ratio. This model is designed mainly for videophiles and features a wide array of adjustment features. This allows the user to tweak the projector so that it displays perfectly according to the user’s specifications. Another key feature is the inclusion of three HDMI ports as well as the typical RGB, s-video, composite and component ports. Panasonic has also included a 12V trigger port to help add simplicity and style to your home theater. In the US the PT-AE4000U retails for just under $2500, but the PT-AE4000E is expected to retail for AUD $4398 (US $4019).
